How to make a claim:
- Make your booking using our service.
- Find the same service, package or ticket at a better price (the offer must be the same as your purchase from us, on the same date, time & location)
- Forward your booking confirmation from us to uk.support@travlet.com - including the URL of the page where you've found the cheaper offer.
We'll then check your claim and process a refund of the difference - easy!
Any refunds will be made to the original payment method used to purchase services from Travlet.
